Work you’ll do
Analytics:
- Managing a portfolio of assurance analytics engagements, ensuring tasks are being done on time and in an efficient and accurate manner
- Supervise and review the data analytics output of Data Analytics team including checks of SQL scripts and data transformation to standard data models
- Ensure that the data analysis output is part of the standard analytics packages using SQL and develop custom solutions where required.
- Analyze the data visualization outputs using tools such as Qlikview, Tableau or powerBI
- Carrying out data quality checks which will need to be raised to the clients if any problems occur
- Understanding business processes of the clients from data flow perspective to be able to propose relevant data analytics approach to meet work objectives
- Coordinate and guide clients with data extraction system, effective use of our analytics dashboards as well pro-active sharing of insights from the analysis
- Showcase the Data analytics capabilities to clients and propose customize solutions as necessary
- Coordinate with the Data Analytics team across Deloitte Asia Pacific network
- Lead the data analytics training
- Build client relationships.
Innovation:
- Act as the Indonesian point person for innovation tools
- Perform and coordinate tool readiness tests for the new innovation tools which are to be deployed to Indonesia.
- Monitor the deployment of innovation tools, as necessary
- Lead the innovation tools training
- Ensure that the innovation tools are applied across Deloitte Indonesia
- Coordinate with the Data Analytics team across Deloitte Southeast Asia network

Requirements:
- Degree educated, preferably in Accounting, Analytics, Computer Science, Big Data or Data Science related. However, consideration will be given to other degree, where relevant
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in accounting and data analytics. Preferably from Big 4
- Good grasp of technical application and understanding of latest accounting principles is a must
- Working knowledge of SQL, Qlikview, Tableau and powerBI
- High level business acumen
- Good understanding of big data management, ERP systems and business processes across different industries
- Goal oriented and have innovative mindset
- Individuals should be enthusiastic and have a flair for problem solving and troubleshooting
- Good communication skills both verbal and written (English language)
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to manage and work in a team
