• Manage staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service• Ensure unrivaled customer service and exceptional culinary experiences• Cultivate creativity, passion, and perfection in everything we do
Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in restaurant/bar industry• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work well in a team environment and lead by example• Strong organizational and time management skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and POS software systems• Proven ability to manage inventory, control costs, and increase revenue• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
