This role, Manager Commercial Strategy & Development is responsible to develop strategic recommendation that related to the business to help guide decision making process for short, mid, and long-term strategic planning. Your Day to Day... • Develop short, mid and long-term commercial and distribution, and sales target at national. Zone, region, and area level to ensure the targets are realistically defined and consistent with commercial business objectives. • Assess of market conditions in order to identify business opportunities and also to map future competition landscape in close collaboration with related stakeholders through data analysis and fact-based learning. • Build and maintain business performance analysis and prepare reporting for management purpose. Who we’re looking for... • Bachelor degree holder (S1) • FMCG/Technology industry with business/corporate strategy background • Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal • Good sense of accountability in driving results and decision-making • Structured and excellent analytical thinking with curiosity to learn • Strong business perspective to drive strategic recommendations • Ability to adapt to a changing environment • Excellent collaboration and communication skill What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
