Manager Outbound Rekreasi (Lampung)

Job description :

• Plan and oversee daily operation of outbound areas.
• Assist in project supervision according to operational concepts and operators.
• Ensuring the entire outbound area is safe and in accordance with the applicable regulations.
• Oversee the standards of safety, health , and hygiene within outbound areas.
• Plan the yearly maintenance contractor and follow up on all environment program.
• Working closely to GM Sales to analyze sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies.
• Planned, organized and implemented special marketing and sales promotional event regularly for the Outbound Rekreasi areas.
• Supervised and managed staff, including hiring , training and on going compliance regulation supervision, performed all human resource management activities in the outbound areas.
• Maintain operational at all times, including costs and expenses, to maximize revenue.
• Investigate all operational problems in the event of obstacles and find the best solution to resolve the issue.
• Direct the overall operation of the outbound areas to maximize performance, profitability.
• and return on investment.

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 20 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Must have experience in developing outbound area.
• Proven knowledge about daily operation of outbound areas.
• Have a good knowledge about safety in outbound areas.
• Placement at Lampung Project.
