Minimum 15 years’ experience in exploration or production geology with 8 years’ experience in managerial position

Advanced technical knowledge of mineral resource estimation, geology, and geostatistics

knowledge of database systems and QAQC procedures

Strong background in exploration and/or production geology preferred

Registered Competent Person Indonesia (CPI) as defined in KCMI for laterite nickel
