We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Associate Manager / Manager Retail Business Banking Product DevelopmentCLCM and Solution Center.  

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement RBB Product Development strategy.
• Maintain RBB product to be competitive and provide solution to customer needs.
• Ensure RBB product align and comply with all regulations.
• Achieve business target thru RBB product such as revenue, acquisition, etc.
• Develop and maintain RBB customer life cycle management.
• Strengthen collaboration with other business unit, function, and department as part of RBB Solution Center Strategy

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Has 3 years of working experience in Banking of Financial Services Industry
• Strong in product management and development.
• Has experience in business investment & insurance will be an advantage.
• Proactive and fast learner to understand banking operational tools and process.
• Flexible time for work in office as well as work from home.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of team.
• Have basic excel report skill.
