Uraian Tugas

Notes : salary is open for negotiation based upon mandarin skill and experience.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Mandarin Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and English, possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and discretion. The Mandarin Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and providing overall support to ensure the efficient operation of the executive's responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Communication and Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external parties, communicating effectively in Mandarin and English.
  • Manage and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.

2. Administrative Support:

  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the preparation and translation of documents as needed.

3. Language Support:

  • Provide accurate and fluent translation between Mandarin and English in written and verbal communication.
  • Assist in interpreting during meetings, ensuring clear communication between parties.

4. Time Management:

  • Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are addressed.
  • Anticipate potential scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
     

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) with a strong translation and interpretation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chinese Literature or any related field are welcome.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional overtime or travel requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
