Manufacturing Excellence Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Pharmacy/ Biotechnology/ Life Science/ Industrial/ Management 
• Experienced min. 2 years in the Pharmaceutical industry
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing/TPM, GMP, and QMS
• Understanding of 8 steps & 7 tools in PDCA is preferred
• Good communication skills, especially in English
• Willing to work at Cikarang
• Vaccinated againts Covid-19

Job Description:

• Monitoring LTDP (Long Term Development Program) project and implementing PDCA, Lean Manufacturing System (LMS) on Site to create a productive and efficient work area
• Collecting and analyzing the feasibility implementation of new technology
• Initiate and improve working relationships intra and inter-departments through business process improvement
