WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Partner Manufacturing Sourcing Lead to be based in Indonesia. This role will create and execute strategic and tactical sourcing plans that align to and advance partner capabilities while balancing costing, quality and sustainability performance. This role will also drive delivery excellence with the partners to best serve market place and consumers.
The candidate needs to have excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholders, proven ability to work cross-functionally, and the ability to influence across different cultures and leadership levels. A deep knowledge of sourcing and planning is preferable.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role, you will lead the Nike Footwear Sourcing & Supply Planning activities for our footwear manufacturing partners based in Indonesia. With responsibility ranging from creation of a partner strategic sourcing strategy to precision delivery to consumers across all partner locations, this role is an important part of Nike’s partner management offense.

• Elevates collaborative planning with Nike functional teams and footwear factory partners to optimize sourcing plans that align to and advance partner capabilities while driving balanced costing, quality and sustainability goals.
• Manage partner delivery performance and drive delivery excellence initiatives to best serve market place.
• Create short, mid and long range capacity and capability plans in collaboration with global Nike team to maximize partner capabilities
• Manage relationships with factory partners, driving centralized and aligned direction and decisions
• Collaborate across partner factory locations to ensure a strong regional point of view is informed by local insights

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The position is located in Indonesia, and reports to the Partner Manager with a dotted line to the Senior Director Manufacturing Sourcing located in Singapore.
You will closely collaborate with NIKE Asia Manufacturing Sourcing, WHQ GSM Sourcing, and DSM Supply Planning teams, as well as Indonesia factory partners’ business teams and leaders. You will also coordinate with PMO cross functional teams, including manufacturing, costing, consumer creation and RSM. Your work will be cross functional and at varying levels of the organization. WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years’ experience in Sourcing, planning, operations management or manufacturing.
• Strategic thinking and enterprise mindset
• Ability to lead and influence leaders and teammates without direct authority
• Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, remain effective in an environment of ambiguity, and have strong attention to details
• Highly collaborative with proven ability to work with various stakeholders, both internal and external, with multiple competing priorities to create a shared vision
