Step Kids is where the movement begins! We're a dynamic kids' gym that believes in the power of play and physical literacy for our youngest learners. We're passionate about helping children ages 1-8 develop their fundamental movement skills in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Marketing and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be the friendly face of our company as you interact with potential and existing customers, while also helping children have a positive, organized experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Communication:
Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries and chats.
Provide clear and helpful information about our services or programs for kids.
Address concerns and questions with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
Marketing Support:
Engage with parents on social media platforms, answering questions, and promoting special events or programs.
Scheduling and Administrative Support:
Assist with scheduling various programs and activities for children.
Maintain accurate records of client information and schedules.
Requirements:
Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Kid-Friendly Personality: An approachable demeanor with a genuine enjoyment of interacting with children.
Organization and Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage schedules effectively.
Presentable and professional appearance.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using online communication tools, social media platforms, office software and basic scheduling software.
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience in Customer Service, marketing, or a child-related field.
