Marketing Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status

Requirements:

• Fluent in English;
• Able to speak Mandarin will be a plus point;
• Proficient in English both listening, speaking, reading & writing will be a plus point;
• Honest, agile and reliable;
• Can work under pressure;
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the construction field/cement plant field;
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays;
• Willing to be placed in various regions in Indonesia (including remote area) for business trip purposes;
• Having a certificate of expertise (SKA) will be a plus point;
• Have mathematical and technical skills;
• Have the ability to think methodically in terms of design, planning, and project management;
• Can use design software;
• Proficient in negotiating, supervising, and able to lead and delegate;
