Responsibilities:
- Creating concepts and managing marketing content across all digital platforms including social media, e-commerce, and proactively coordinating with the design team to ensure all marketing content is published on schedule and meets standards.
- Developing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness across all platforms both offline and online, through marketing campaigns, ads, email blasts, etc.
- Monitoring, managing, and preparing regular reports on customer engagement through various channels such as social media accounts, customer service channels (email, phone, WhatsApp, etc.), customer satisfaction surveys, etc.
- Collaborating with sales operational teams in developing promotional products.
- Responsible for all product sales achievements on each e-commerce platform, as well as analyzing the results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Science / Public Relations.
- 3 years of experience in the field, preferably in the retail industry.
- Understanding of ROI / ROAS, digital marketing, and social media.
- Understanding of marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
