- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Able to work individually or in team Experience handling an online community Fluent in English is a plus
- Create product guides, sample timelines, and educational content.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing Team and developer team to deliver our marketing strategy.
- Interact with customers on our forums, over email, and over video calls. You will be expected to be able to recommend how to achieve what customers are after, as well as encourage meaningful conversations
- Help track customer communications, and community and user engagement metrics.
- Work collaboratively with the team on refining and improving our customer journey, including developing personalised and relationship building campaigns.
- Contribute to the translation of an approved marketing strategy into successful consumer marketing activities.
- Assist in the planning, co-ordination, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including performance analysis and reporting.
