Uraian Tugas

  • First Line Support to customers and suppliers on their day-to-day general inquiries
  • Communicate proactively, accurately and timely to customers and suppliers, both external and internal.
  • Capable of working in a competitive, demanding and time-critical environment 
  • Ability to handle customers with empathy and confidence and understand customer needs.
  • Daily Monitoring and reporting of order status
  • Daily upload and file work related reports to internal and external systems.
  • Make invoicing for customers for services provided.
  • Able to make and follow-up on budgets for the Indonesian team.
  • Occasionally be visiting suppliers and accompanying foreign buyers around in Indonesia. 
  • Participating in exhibitions and being a service ambassador.
  • Willing to work in Jepara office.
