- First Line Support to customers and suppliers on their day-to-day general inquiries
- Communicate proactively, accurately and timely to customers and suppliers, both external and internal.
- Capable of working in a competitive, demanding and time-critical environment
- Ability to handle customers with empathy and confidence and understand customer needs.
- Daily Monitoring and reporting of order status
- Daily upload and file work related reports to internal and external systems.
- Make invoicing for customers for services provided.
- Able to make and follow-up on budgets for the Indonesian team.
- Occasionally be visiting suppliers and accompanying foreign buyers around in Indonesia.
- Participating in exhibitions and being a service ambassador.
- Willing to work in Jepara office.
