Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Develop cafe specific marketing plans which address local competitive conditions and company requirements ( Events, PR/ Local advertising ) bringing forward recommendations in a timely manner. 2. Lead Planning of Digital & Social Media Campaigns, content management ( managing, designing and scheduling the online content strategy for multiple social media platforms)Email Marketing, Display Advertising and Search Marketing.

3. Manage Seasonal Campaigns from photoshoots to point of sale in store and digital campaigns. 4. Manage marketing campaigns on our Loyalty platform, Treats. 5. Management of third Party Relationships ( PR agency, Graphic Designers, Photographer etc

) 6. Data Analysis and Reporting; measuring success of marketing campaign and identifying areas for improvement to make data driven decisions. 7. Inter-departmental co-ordination of campaign activity to ensure a consistent and integrated brand experience, across all touch points. 8. Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager.

9. Contributing to the overall Marketing Strategy of the Company as a key member of the Marketing Team 10. Supporting all departments in ensuring the brand is consistent in internal and external communication Experience, Skills and Qualifications: A.Essential 1.3rd level qualification in marketing or related field 2. Minimum 2

3. Proficient in MS Word, Excel , PowerPoint & Photoshop. 4. Keen attention to detail and exceptional planning and organisational skills 5. Fluency in traditional, digital and social media

6. Excellent communication skills, 7. Have the ability to work to tight deadlines 8. The ability to quickly resolve any issues and multi-task effectively

9. Commercial awareness B.Desirable 1. Experience with Illustrator an advantage. 2. Experience with video editing tools and software.

3. Experience in working across a number of key brand and marketing projects at any one time 4. Retail or FMCG experience 5. Full clean driving license
