Job Description

• Farming for new potential consultant/contractor/system integrator/ project/tenders.

• Assist Company Group in providing legal guidance and support for day-to-day operational business activities to ensure timely and cost-effective legal support for the Company Group, including advisory, contract drafting and review, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.

• Maintenance Company Group legal database, ensuring that it is accurate and renewal of licenses and permits.

• Monitor and inform all tender announcements via E-PROC every day to Management.

• Carry out registration and update data via E-proc and CIVD.

• Prepare Supporting Documents for Tender purposes.

• New Partner Registration Process.

• Follow up on price offers with Team Proposal.

• Create a Status Report of the Tender that is being followed.

• Ensure the completeness of the requirements or check list for the tender that is being followed is fulfilled completely.

• Approach and build relationship with customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.

• Having knowledge of all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

• 2 Years Work Experience in the same field in mining or oil and gas company.

• Knowing phase of tender/project process (both online ePROC & offline).

• Having experience & able to operate / manage electronic Procurement (ePROC) customers.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and time management.

• Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Office.

• Administration management (detailing, filing, file tracking and creating paperwork/letters).

• Meticulous and detailed oriented.

• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

• Have a good personality, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
