Requirements:
- At least have 2 years experience in marketing, preferably in F&B or retail industry
- Bachelor Degree from any related major from reputable university, preferably from Marketing Communications, Business, or Psychology education background
- Strong writing, editing, and proof-reading skills in both Bahasa and English
- Possess great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situations and apply conflict resolution principles
- Experienced with Microsoft Office tools i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing is plus
- Proven as managing social media platforms
- Well presented with good grooming standards
Responsibilities:
- Working directly with the Marketing Manager on building and monitoring branding and marketing functions, executing marketing campaigns, plans & events
- Propose and implement marketing activities that strengthen the brand’s credibility, build brand awareness and ultimately boost sales
- Compile and analyze sales data related to marketing (sales performance, customer feedback, etc.)
- Assist marketing manager in creating, preparing and distributing marketing collaterals
- Execute all assigned responsibilities efficiently according to project timelines and meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with Public Relation and social media to execute marketing plans
- Work with external parties to execute programs and events
- Actively involved in the implementation of Corporate Social & Security Responsibility (CSSR);
- Ad-hoc work related to projects or divisional needs;
- Ad-hoc tasks related to AGN/AGP/AGG activities.
