Job Descriptions :
- Handling paperwork for Administration and Export documents;
- Keep up-to-date with Government changes in EXIM rules and permits, including helps Export Department from preparations, processing and licensing goods, and monitoring shipments schedule;
- Responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with International Sales, including markets research, Customers communications, export logistics;
- Responsible in developing and maintaining Customers relationships, creating sales strategies and achieving marketing targets;
- Preparing market overview and open New Sales Channel, and fulfilment of invoice payments on time in accordance with payment Terms, and making Sales Forecasting;
- Synergize relationship and Service to Customers;
- Supporting for the daily operations of the process Engineering team, and overview for all KPIs;
- Any other Ad Hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Industrial Engineering/ Marketing, Business Administration or equivalents;
- Age of Maximum 32 years old;
- At least 3 years of working experience as Account Executive and Marketing Staff (Export);
- Knowledge of innovative ideas to overcome problems and obstacles in Marketing (Export), experiences in Transportation and logistics Business;
- Have good communications, interpersonal relations, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Able to join Immediately
