Uraian Tugas

Responsible for daily monitoring on operational and making sure action plan is in accordance with SLA
Making sure Operation Team regarding following up & readiness
In charge of order management, command center, operation staff, and workload analysis presentations
In charge of loading, unloading, drop off, pick up, order fulfillment daily report and issue subordinate reports monitoring and verification
Responsible for reporting on OTA, OTD, OTL & OTU, and daily order fulfillment
Conduct internal operational team’s performance evaluation
Monitors and evaluates POD Return’s performance
Maintain communication and coordination with Mostrans’ external and internal side regarding Business Review
Strong project management skills
