Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketplace operations in Indonesia.
- Additional value if experienced with international Marketplaces.
- Experience in on-site logistics operations, including packaging and delivery.
- Remote logistics management, specifically coordinating shipments with fulfillment centers.
- Expertise in Export-Import processes is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle tasks both on-site and remotely.
- Ability to solve logistical challenges that may arise during operations.
- Sound understanding of technology used in logistics management and Marketplace operations.
- Willing to work on-site in West Surabaya.
