Material Control Supervisor

Job Responsibility :
• Coordinate material availability including planning, scheduling, and monitoring material movement through use cycles and machine maintenance schedules.
• Solve various problems involving planning, scheduling, and monitoring material movement through the use cycle and machine maintenance schedules.
• Recommend changes in purchasing quantities to meet changing needs.
• Manage inventory and all processes within it.
• Maintain, develop and implement procedures to ensure the highest level of inventory accuracy is achieved.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure no stock shortages occur.
• Manage and monitor material storage.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, packing areas, and work areas neat; maintain the cleanliness of the shipping supply area; comply with procedures, rules and regulations.

Job Description:

• Review daily, weekly, monthly reports to monitor stock levels and demand patterns and compare them with initial estimates.
• Investigate items that are suspected to be unbalanced and make corrections to inventory.
• To supervise and monitor spare parts storage.
• Coordinate the availability of materials with the Purchasing department.
• Recommend changes in purchasing quantities to meet changing needs.
• Work with the purchasing department to schedule material deliveries.
• Perform material inventory cycle counts.
• Regularly audit and verify the integrity and accuracy of reported inventory.
• Catalog large quantities of similar items and document any updates necessary to process and assist inventory management.

Job Qualifications:
• D3/S1 education in Electrical Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years work experience as a Control Material
• Male, max. 35 years old
• Experience in materials management and control
• Able to communicate well in English and Indonesian.
• Have knowledge and experience using ERP systems.
• Familiar with the Telecommunications industry, especially FTTH, TLO, FTO project materials
• Proficient in using Microsoft Window, MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-Words), warehousing or goods storage systems).
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
