As a Material Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for scheduling, planning, and oversight of material procurement, production, and delivery.

Shift: Regular

Work Location: Batam, Kepulauan Riau

Travel Requirement: 0 – 10%

You will work both in an office and manufacturing shop-floor environment.

Domestic relocation is available for this position.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinating the flow of materials within the manufacturing facility. Coordinating transfer of materials (premium freight) to and from inventory or warehouse.

• Developing and executing Material Planning for a product line. Ensuring that all material requirements for assigned programs are satisfied within the allocated time frame.

• Scheduling and controlling the release of materials. Monitoring material inventory in the plant, in the warehouse, and by critical suppliers.

• Building up and following up on procurement plan realization to ensure they align with business objectives.

• Tracking and analyzing supplier performance metrics. Collaborating and negotiating with suppliers to deliver materials per requirements.

What You Have (Required):

• Good proficiency in English.

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain and/or Logistics.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role.

• Skill in Forecasting/Inventory Management/Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) and/or Supplier Management.

• Hands-on experience in ERP systems e.g., SAP PP/MM.

• Experience in Excel Spreadsheet.

Top Candidates Will Also Bring:

• Holding Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) will be an advantage.

Physical Requirements (With or Without Reasonable Accommodation):

• This job requires extensive active movement throughout the plant including climbing stairs and steps, lifting devices, and pushing and pulling equipment.
