Materials Controller

Job Description 

• Responsible for effective control and distribution of all materials and equipment ordered for the project and warehouse activities including receiving, inspection, stocking, issuing, and inventory verification and assisting end-user in material search.  
• Accountable to the project for the safe and efficient control of Company procured materials. And supporting the Site Coordinator by providing close monitoring of all Materials & Equipment’s activities on site on a daily basis.
• Arrange & prepared document before monthly inspections with Safety inspector for Electrical tools, Lifting Equipment & Lifting Tools
• Procurement Activity (Negotiation with Vendor, Update Purchace Order, RequestMaterial)  

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 2 years prior materials experience in the auto or related industry preferred
• 5 + Years experience at same field 
• Experience with automated inventory control highly desired
• Must have demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work
• Excellent attention to detail and work accuracy
• Experience in a manufacturing shipping and receiving environment
• Willing to work in Denpasar, Bali
