Mathematics Curriculum Developer

Job Description:

1. Curriculum Development
   • Actively participate in enhancing the existing curriculum mapping process. 
   • Engage in refining the adaptation of current curriculum content. 
   • Formulate a strategic work plan, utilizing research conducted collaboratively with the team, to ensure the delivery of consistent and high-quality lessons and curriculum.
2. Professional Development
   • Assist in teacher training if and when a justified assistance request is received.
3. Maintaning Academic Intergrity in Centres
   • Conduct walkthrough observation to monitor and review current products. 
   • Visit centres both in Jakarta and other cities on a regular basis to build and maintain strategic relationships, ensure alignment of pedagogy and curricula, and to address any academic issues faced by centres.
4. Subtitute Teacher
   • Serve as a substitute teacher for classes when the regular instructor is unavailable due to illness or absence, ensuring continuity in education and minimal disruption to students' learning experiences.
5. Miscellaneous
   • Attend regular meetings with the Manager to provide regular feedback on curriculum, training, and any potential teacher issues based on the teaching monitoring conducted. 
   • Prepare, design, and deliver workshop and training sessions on an as-needed basis based on the instruction of the Manager.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in education with a specialization in mathematics, or equivalent. 
• Have at least 2 years of experience in teaching mathematics / content creation.
• Proficient in guiding and teaching students to ensure their understanding of the daily lesson, including managing corrections.
• Proficient in spoken English, particularly skilled in oral communication.
• Completed ICR Written Test.
