Job Description:
- The whole process of new equipment scheme review (from layout to equipment delivery), output equipment software FAT/LOP checklist and other documents to ensure that the new equipment meets the design requirements (reliability, maintainability, product safety/quality)
- Promote the assembly, commissioning and capacity climbing of the new cable according to the project plan to ensure that the new equipment meets the mass production requirements
- Support the software improvement of process capability, production efficiency, excellent rate, energy consumption and manufacturing cost of existing cable pulling equipment;
- Implement technical standard formulation and audit of equipment structure and components;
- Perform the audit of key equipment changes, and provide change control and technical support for the site;
- Perform the audit of formulating and updating AM/PM forms related to machinery;
- Perform the confirmation of risk spare parts list and update of machinery related equipment.
Job Requirements:
- Understand the performance and selection methods of commonly used mechanical materials, reducers, motors and standard transmission products;
- Familiar with mechanical principle (hydraulic, pneumatic), machining process (welding, assembly), familiar with mechanical design manual, familiar with various assembly process and testing process, familiar with drawing software such as AUTOCAD/solidworks/Pro-E/catia, etc
- Clear logical thinking, good sense of responsibility, teamwork and problem solving ability;
- At least 5 years working experience in electrical maintenance of large-scale manufacturing equipment, automation engineering company, with certain overseas working background is preferred;
- English can be used as a working language, fluent in English reading and writing; Knowledge of Chinese is preferred.
