Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:

• Working together closely with supplier and manufacturing partners overseas to handle all troubleshoots related to machinery.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing partners overseas and internal production department.
• Participate in design and develop mechanical systems, machinery, and components using software (preferably CAD) and engineering principles.
• Conduct studies and analyze the performance, efficiency, and reliability of mechanical machinery systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and sales team to ensure successful product development and customer satisfaction.
• Have sufficient knowledge about structural analysis, stress analysis, and thermal analysis to evaluate the performance and safety of mechanical designs.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in mechanical designs and processes.
• Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities, including conducting tests and analyzing results.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Placement in Denpasar, Bali.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
• Have at least 1-year experience in plastic industry.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Customer oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding the workflow of plastic machinery or similar.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.

Familiarity with production quality management systems and safety regulations.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
