Mechanical Engineering - Maintenance Machine Prod.

Person who will fill in this position is minimum Diploma (D3) technical school background in mechanical, knowing basic of bearing, shaft, tolerance dimension, cam system and also be able to drawing mechanical part, to do some repair and some modification on the shop floor and be able work in a team or individual, can read mechanical drawing and pneumatic system.

REQUIREMENT :

1. Diploma or Bachelor degree 
2. Minimum 5 years experiences in same level and subject
3. Mechanical knowledge in CUP m/c 
4. Have strong basic on mechanical production machine 
5. Able to make drawing (Autocad)
6. Deep knowledge on bearing, tolerance dimension, material knowledge, be able to use welding m/c, lathe m/c.
7. Knowing basic of bearing, shaft, tolerance dimension, cam system and also be able to drawing mechanical part
8. Able to read mechanical drawing and pneumatic system.
9. Able to make proper recordings of machine maintenance records
10. Must be technically sound and able to communicate clearly and concisely
11. A team worker and able to lead and management diverse group of workers of varying skills, trades, back ground and academic achievements
12. English (min passive)

POSITION DUTIES:

1. To optimize manufacturing equipment utilization, insure the efficiency of operations and control maintenance costs.
2. Provides support to process improvement projects and other equipment upgrades, replacement or relocations as required
3. Maintain electrical power and compressed air supply, and fire prevention systems
4. Perform the preventive maintenance and other routine maintenance in a timely manner
5. Recommends appropriate actions to maintenance manager
6. Execute scheduled overhauls, preventive maintenance and other routine maintenance in consultation with production department and supervisor
7. Monitors spare parts inventories to insure that needed parts and equipment are available as required. Report to the manager for further process in the purchase requisitions as required
8. Ensures that assigned work areas are maintained to provide a safe and efficient work environment
9. Comply with safety and housekeeping standards and procedures
10. Conducts timely investigations of accidents and takes or recommends appropriate corrective action
11. Assist maintenance team in monitoring compliance with established safety procedures and practice. Take corrective action as required
