MECHANICAL  DESIGN ENGINEERING

Responsible 

• Design of Mechanical Design of the transformer for every job assigned;
• Create working drawings for the production process
• Create bill of materials required for advance purchase orders;
• Calculate needs and types of materials
• Responsible for preparing quote Designs per customer specifications;
• Prepare internal design documentation to other design areas (Mechanical design,
• Control) as well as test requirements.
• Skilled to perform designs of complex transformers
• Validate designs using simulation methods (FEM analysis)

Requirement :

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Must be experience in Trafo manufacturing 
• Having 2 years of work experience in related field
• Advanced user of 2D and 3D CAD software such as Solidwork and Autocad
• Having knowledge of technical drawing as per ISO standard
• Proficiency with MS Word, Exce, Power Point
• Highly creative, innovative, and initiative
• Having good loyality
• Good English both oral and written
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment 
• Preferably with similar experiance in the transformer industry
