Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

• Managing shift maintenance group and breakdown analysis and doing preventive maintenance, reduce the breakdown and delay.
• Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
• Servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of mechanical (not electronic) principles.
• Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
• Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
• Carry out orders from superiors other than the main job and carry out K3L programs and the quality management systems in the work area.

Requirements:

• Having an educational background with at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE or similar field.
• Having knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Having knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Having knowledge about heavy rotary equipment, hydraulics and pneumatic system.
• Able to using Autocad, SAP System, Breakdown Analysis will be a plus.
• Willing to work in shifting system and 6-days work.
• Willing to in Cikarang Barat, Jawa Barat.
