Coordinate with VPA, RC, EM, Technical Asst, Agronomy assistant and Mechanization Implementation Area 1 / Area 2 related to mechanization implementation
Propose, implement and monitoring of budget align with mechanization implementation program
Ensure control and monitoring of mechanization implementation in PSM level to ensure target for cost efficiency and productivity are achieved
Monitor daily mechanization usage and availability and provide inputs & support to Technical Assistant to speedup maintenance & repair
Coordinate with Mechanization Implementation Area 1 / Area 2 to capture mechanization ideas as needed from the operation
Ensure mechanic availability ratio vs equipment
Deliver training to operations, prior to initial roll out of standardize mechanization
Job Requirement :
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Mechanical
Having min 6 years of working experience as same position, in agribusiness company
Good in analytical thinking
Willing to be located in Lampung
