Medical Claims Specialist | Fort BGC  

• Review Medical Claims to ensure company reimbursement payments are accurate and reprice claims according to hospital payment schedules and Medicare reimbursements.
• Maintains updated records and prepares required documentation to support the insurance claims.
• Provide excellent customer service when working with customers and hospitals to resolve insurance claim issues, answer questions, and provide solutions to other problems related to Medical Claims.

• Filipino
• Bachelors degree graduate
• With at least 2 year US health insurance claims processing experience in the BPO industry
• Amenable to work on night shift (shifting schedule if required)
• Has fiber or wired internet connection at home to support work from home arrangement

Monthly Fixed Salary Package: P25,000 to P35,000

Completion bonus to be awarded after project completion
