Job Description:
- Actively canvasing dental clinics, hospitals and prospects leads to promoting our dental lab services.
- Establish and nurture relationships with dentists and dental professionals.
- Propose customised partnership solutions to enhance dental services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape.
- Utilise CRM tools to manage leads, contacts, and sales activities effectively.
- Own and build strong, long-term relationships with all accounts.
- Work together with different teams to ensure the best possible service.
Job Qualification:
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales or the dental industry.
- Good customer orientation, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong product knowledge of dental products and lab services.
- Existing network within the hospital or dental community is a plus.
- Proactive, self-motivated, ability to work well as part of a team and adaptable to industry changes.
