Mep Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Mapping project identification, monitoring design process, checking the design, drawing and document provided by consultant.
• Review contractor project quality plan, inspection and test plan, method statements, work procedures, checklist and specification.
• Ensure all aspect related to project quality assurance are maintained is well prepared by contractors.
• Review all inspection and testing reports and assist contractors for drawing or engineering interpretation.
• Review as build drawing, manual operation book, warranty, guarantee documents and other ad hoc from superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years working experience as MEP Site Engineer for developer, contractor or consultant.
• A good understanding and demonstrative experience of MEP engineering and its equipment relating Data Center or Cold Storage Construction.
• Familiar with QA and QC responsibility in construction.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Ms Office (Excel, project management, word, PPT etc.)
• Excellent command of English both in spoken and written.
• Results-oriented and dynamic person with many initiatives and high energy levels.
• Willing to work in Batam.
