Job Description - Merchandising Administrator

Job summary
Handling monthly merchandise payments and deliveriesCreating and sending out TO informationConsolidation process and reporting
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Handling monthly merchandise payments to principal by creating PO at Rpro and Nav• Creating TO by system and sending out TO information to store teams by email• Liaising with WH team for deliveries• Handling consolidation process between stores with briefs from MD• Sending OH report on a daily basis to MD and ops team• Upload pricing on Rpro• Doing weekly auto replenishments by system to send out to stores
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor degree holder in any field• Minimum 1 year experience in Administration in retail industry would be a plus• Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must• Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English• Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents
Key Skills Needed
• Communication skills in Bahasa and English• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel• Attention to detail• Organizational skills
