- Understand and master the company’s products

- Responding promptly to suppliers' inquiries
- Acknowledging and resolving suppliers' complaints
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma degree
- At least 1-year experience in retail/e-commerce
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- In-depth understanding of market trends and the luxury branded product industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Good in networking
- Loyal, honest, thorough, confident, disciplined, integrity, and able to work hard
- Previous experience in a similar role in the luxury brand industry is appreciated
- Familiar with luxury fashion brands is a good point
- Willing to work in Summarecon Bekasi & Menteng, Jakarta
- Willing to work in shift
