Job Description :
- Handling Merchant Complaints : Effectively manage and resolve merchant complaints related to transaction issues and products using our specialized system.
- IT Team Liaison : Act as a bridge between our IT team and merchants to facilitate swift resolution of technical issues, ensuring a smooth merchant experience.
- Maintaining Merchant Relationships : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our merchant partners, serving as their main point of contact for any concerns or inquiries.
- Monthly Transaction Data : Summarize and analyze monthly transaction data to provide insights and recommendations for improving Merchant Relations and business operations.
- Overnight Shift Work : Be prepared to work overnight shifts, including midnight hours, to ensure round-the-clock support for our merchants.
