Job summary
Develop and propose pricing strategies and implement creative marketing programs.Supervise and discuss action plans with the team and monitor their performance.Manage and control management collateral and provide customer support.Experience in microfinance is preferred.Responsible for analyzing and designing effective marketing strategies.Able to work towards specific targets.

Requirements
• Maximum age of 32 years old.• Minimum D3/S1 degree, preferably in Economics/Business with a minimum GPA of 3.00.• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a marketing officer/sales in the financing/banking industry.• Minimum 2 years of experience as a leader/supervisor is preferred.• Experience in microfinance is preferred.• Strong analytical and strategic marketing skills.• Able to work towards specific targets.• Willing to be placed in Cinere and its surrounding areas.
