Uraian Tugas

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cover all aspects of consulting - including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation, and training of end users utilising primarily Dynamics 365 CE or earlier Dynamics CRM versions such 2016 and 2015.
  • Be responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and design.
  • Perform Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM configuration, setup, and data migration strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements that are aligned to business objectives and gain full understanding of current and future state business processes.
  • Document ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents.
  • Liaise with developers and clients – act as a point of communication.
  • Be responsible for Quality Assurance & Documentation.
  • Work with Support Consultants to design and develop new modifications for existing clients, support previous modifications, and assist with support issues where needed.
  • Assist with any other necessary task as required.

Main Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM.
  • 4+ years of experience in designing and developing functionalities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM.
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM modules.
  • Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
  • Ability to customise CRM forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, and dashboards.
  • Experience or knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent business communication skills with effective presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Technical background / programming concept understanding would be an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers.
  • Must possess strong relationship-building expertise with a wide and varied audience; internally and externally.
  • Microsoft SQL Server understanding would be an added advantage.
  • Highly confident with providing support and training to users.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills in Bahasa and English.
  • Ability to resolve problems independently using an analytical approach.
  • Willingness to learn and be challenged.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferable.
  • Project Management certification is highly desirable.
