Mining Innovation & Digitalization Supervisor

Requirement:

• Candidates must have at least a bachelor's degree in Mining, Geology, or Civil Engineering (IPK Min. 3,0) 
• Have experienced involve in project improvement or innovation
• Have experienced 2-4 years in Mining Innovation & Digitalization Supervisor or Project Management 
• Can Operate Minescape is a must
• Project Management Skill is preferred
• Can operate Ms Project or Jira is preferred
• POP Competency is preferred
• Willingness to be stationed at the site location in East Kalimantan.
• Computer literacy (MS Office) is required.
• Prior experience in a coal mining company is preferred.
• Domicile in East Kalimantan is preferred.

Job Descriptions:

• Identify and analyze current business processes, ensuring that there are no inefficient business processes.
• Identify and analyze loss opportunities (possibility of losing) reserves in planning
• Identify technology that can be used in mining operation
• Analyze demographics and methods and risks of change so that the change process runs well
• Manage document due to department standard procedure
