Mould Technician

Job Purpose

• To Ensure  all Mould Function and performed  as Safety manner, Quality defined
• To Ensure 176 Molds Preparation align with production schedule
• To Ensure all work will follow Safety procedure.

Knowledge Experience 

• Setting Mold or Die head in the machine
• Overhaul screw bar and dimension measurement 
• Mold and Dies internal repair experience 

Requirements 

• Education min Diploma in Mechanical from reputable University 
• Min 3 Years working experience as Mold Setter in Mold Maker or  5 years in Injection factory.
• Familiar with Mould Engineering drawing and Material Parts.
• Good Knowledge in Mould setting on Job Change Injection machine
• Knowledge in Die head in extrusion line is advantage.
• Hard Working and Team Player
• Safety Behavior and LOTO system are mandatory
• Willing to stay in Jawa Tengah
• Speak basic English.
