Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with business partners, ensuring their needs are met and anticipating potential challenges.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives, driving performance and fostering professional development.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to guide informed business strategies.
- Achieve company-aligned sales objectives and quotas within the assigned area, ensuring consistent growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product departments, providing insights to refine product offerings and promotional strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in the FMCG sector.
- Experienced in jelly, pudding, and yogurt will be preferred.
- Experienced in General Trading (GT) is a must.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to travel as needed within the assigned area.
