JOB SUMMARY:
- A Production Engineer usually performs many of the following tasks:
- Manage IT Ops and network platform
- Ensure the proper functioning of IT equipment
- Manager and administer applications throughout the life cycle
- Monitoring of line systems and digital facilities
- Implement rapid incident solutions
- Backup Management, completion, verification, and restoration
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering/Information system/Telecommunication major
- Language: English Communicative
- Experience: Have experience as NOC Staff or related position
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Mastering Mikrotik Router Devices
- Understand TCP/IP, Routing, QoS, VLAN
- Understanding Router Devices, Cisco Switches
- Understanding Scripting on Mikrotik, Cisco
- Understanding LAN and WAN Networks, Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Configuration, and Performance
- Understand how to work and be able to install Network devices such as Switches, Routers, and Access Points
- Understand how to make reports on monitoring data
