Network Operation Control (Noc) Head

Job Description :

• The main task of the NOC Lead is coordination to ensure the network system runs efficiently without interruption with high availability. 
• Accountable for maximizing contract margin through effective operational cost management. 
• Candidate will have deep understanding of technical metrics and how they map to business KPIs.
• Candidate will be an agent of change within the organization seeking to close any gaps between technical issues and business communications and help drive improvements through various teams.
• Market the advantages of managed incident communications to all levels of the organization always.
• Provide weekly report to management for network performance.

Requirement :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree 
• Having at least 3 years in Network Operation
• Good knowledge of ISP (internet service provider) and upstream network to tier 1, DHCP concept, DNS, Clustering, Load Balancing, Anti-virus, backup procedures, Group policy, Disaster recovery and High availability using industry standards.
• Having good skill for any network element multi vendors such as router, switch, servers, OLT, ONT, etc.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Network services experience is desired.
• CCNA Certification preferred.
• Configuration/Investigate/Network support for switches and router.
