We are currently seeking a Network Support Specialist to join our team in Jakarta, Jakarta Raya (ID-JK), Indonesia (ID).
1. Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience working as Network Support is required, CCNA is mandatory
2. Network Ops role is follow the daily network checklist provided to perform required action. This is inclusive of vendor coordination, troubleshooting support, Continuity of Business support and level 1 - Network/Voice support for the change/BAU tasks under SME guidance at site accordingly
3. Candidate should know the basic Operations of Network environment and process follow within in sites
4. Follow the Standard instructions given via SNOW or Network Management for activities such as rack & stack, cable patching, troubleshooting support, etc
5. Work with Designated Partner for racking and stacking of Network devices and all movement of network devices will be managed by partner
6. Monitor the country network status in terms of connectivity (Monitoring only involves for first level of work)
7. Work with other team for console access and any approved process
8. Follow the standard operating procedure of Network Ops, which are standard across the region
9. Work on Service Now tickets / Request for any action required for first level monitoring and engage right team for next course of action
10. Hands and legs Support in case of escorting partner or any change worked required in site
11. Support with shift work rotation on weekday (1st shift at 7-16, 2nd shift at 11-20), this can be changed if business needed
12. Support the planned changes on weekend
