What you will do :

• Identify, evaluate, and develop opportunities for New Product launch (NPL) and New Product Development (NPD).
• Implement, control and manage every step of New Product Development (project domestic and project export).
• Analyze and identify of market potential and consumers based on market research
• Develop New Product packaging designs, and manage the NPD/NPL project timeline
• Compile research proposals for the development of New Products, concepts and prototypes (qualitative/quantitative)

What you need :

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from major of industrial engineering / food technology with GPA min. 3.00
• Stages-Gates Expert of New Product Development process (NPD/NPL Process from scratch to launch)
• Master of Microsoft Project & Similar Software (Timeline & Project review)
• Have experience of create feasibility study NPD/NPL (Research Process, Competition Map, Target Market, 4P Analysis, Analysis Consumer Data).
