NOC Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible in ensuring maximum service availability and handle problem cases directly via phone or email
• Able to diagnose and solve technical problems such as core network, site network, networking hardware, etc
• Work in close coordination with Field Engineer, Customer Care and other technical supports in order to ensure Service Level achievement,
• Manage and maintain network and server monitoring system

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Experience 2 year in the same field.
• Good understanding on fundamentals of TCP/IP, - Understanding LAN / WAN, Network Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Configuration and Performance
• Experience with MPLS / Metro-E Technology, GPON / FTTx, Wireless ( radio ) or Fiber Optic.
• Familiar and able to operate network devices Switch, Router, OLT, ONT, and Radio and measurement tools.
• Willing to working in shifting system.
• Computer Literate.

You will be working as part of iForte, one of Protelindo’s subsidiary that focused on provider of data communication & connectivity network services based on optical cable, wireless, and VSAT.
