Occupational Health & Safety Staff

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma, preferably from Public Health or Occupational Health & Safety (K3) background.
• Fluent in English (Oral & Written).
• Proven experience as OHS (K3) officer minimum 3 year.
• Have knowledge about the regulation of K3, also safety matters such as SMK3, OHSAS, HIRADC, First Aid, and Fire Fighting.
• Have AK3 Umum (Kemnaker) or AK3 (BNSP) certificate is a must.
• Must be have strong communication skills, good analytical, problem solving, hard worker, work as a team, and highly motivated.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Ensure of Management System K3 (SMK3) implementations at factory and all branches.
• Make, implement, and review the system procedure and program of K3, also execute the audit process and give the feedback to Management.
• Planning and coordinate with safety committee structure.
• Implementation K3 socialization and training for all employee.
• Implementation safety patrol schedule, report, and improvement.
• Check and verify HIRADC, and make sure that HIRADC is appropriate with actual condition and requirement.
• Suggest improvement system concept to improve health and safety program implementation and all requirement, including requirement from management.
