Proceed with the full process for a shipment, from start to finish, safely and efficiently, in order to fulfill Customer Satisfaction.
Communicate directly with customers to facilitate the shipping.
Manage conditions with SLINE and other subcontractors or vendor.
Work on strategies to improve the productivity in the department;
Work closely with team across branches or with overseas.
Respond to cases immediately.
Achieve targets of C1 milestones in the department;
Check billing amount in invoices from business partners or from SLINE and other subcontractors or vendor.
Send our invoices to customers in timely.
