We are a Bali-based Fashion company looking for a talented and enthusiastic Office Admin (Full time)
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage agendas, arrangement, appointments etc for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc)
- Support budgeting & bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Create invoices in Excel and email them directly to clients
- Prepare all related documents and arrange shipments on 2 different DHL accounts (export – import)
- Upload the packshot and create SKU to the company website
Requirements :
- Indonesian citizen only
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- A degree in administration or a relevant field and experience working in hospitality is preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Admin or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient with writing professional email
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and office management software
- Familiar with Squarespace, Mac Operating system and Odoo is a plus
- Capable to work independently
