Job description:
- Documentation and Filing, maintaining a neat and organized filing system for office/accounting and administrative documents.
- Ensuring complete and easily accessible documentation through scanning, printing, etc.
- Managing the document archiving system and actively engaging in the use of technology for data storage.
- Handling procurement processes for office needs and supporting administrative procurement tasks.
- Recording minutes during meetings as a notetaker.
- Collaborating with the Finance & General Affairs team.
Qualifications:
- Advanced-level student or recent graduate in Business Administration/Accounting or a related field.
- Either no experience or prior internship experience in office administration or related positions.
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.
- In-depth understanding of office administration policies and process management.
- Ability to efficiently manage projects and multitask.
